A 14 YEAR OLD MALE CAME WITH MASS ABDOMEN. CASE SHEET: Chief complaints: A 14 year old, student, came with: - mass abdomen since 15 days - pain abdomen since 1 week History of present illness: The patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 months back. He then developed pain abdomen on left side, which is of dragging type, non radiating, no aggravative or relieving factors. He also had similar complaints in the past3 months back, and  was diagnosed to have spleenomegaly and cervical lymphadenopathy. No history of vomitings  No history of lose stools. 15 November, 2022 A 70 YEAR OLD FEMALE CAME WITH ABDOMINAL PAIN ASSOCIATED WITH VOMITING. CASE SHEET: Chief complaints: A 70 year old female, hailing from valigonda, came with complaints of: - pain abdomen for 4 days , 15 days back - skin lesion over chest since 15 days HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: The patient was apparently asymptomatic 15 days back. She then developed pain abdomen on left side 6 hours after having food. Pain was relieved after taking medication.  She then went for consultation where show was diagnosed with acute peptic disease and started on medication of clinidium bromide, chlordiazepoxide and dicyclomine, pantaprazol, used for 8 days, on usage of which symptoms relieved.  She was then found to have decreased hemoglobin levels for which she was admitted ...

CASE SHEET: Chief complaints: A 17 old male student, came with chief complaints of: - fever since 7 days - shortness of breath since 5 days - right side chest pain since 3 days increased on     inspiration. History of present illness: The patient was apparently asymptomatic 7 days back. He then developed high grade fever which was associated with chills and rigors. Fever was not relieved on medication. CASE SHEET: Chief complaints: A 32 year old female, labourers by occupation came with chief complaints of: - back pain since 9 years - bilateral pedal edema on and off since 1 month - burning micturition since 7 days - fever since 2 days History of present illness: The patient was asymptomatic 9 years back. She then developed lower back pain starting from buttock region, radiating upto neck, which was aggravated on bending and working, and relieved on rest and in prone positions and medication. She then had complaint of Constipation since 2 months associated with pain in anal region.
